Swedish Massage is a relaxing massage that will improve your state of mind by providing a sense of peace and well-being.  Using light to medium pressure, it relaxes tight muscles from stress, increases circulation and promotes removal of toxins from your system.  Essential oils may be added to enhance your treatment.

Deep Tissue is a customized deep massage that is designed to relax and soften tight muscles using medium to heavy pressure.  While releasing tension, this massage also reduces chronic pain, toxin build up, tension headaches, fatigue, and helps to enhance muscle function and elasticity.

Myopractic® Therapy is an advanced technique in deep muscle therapy.  Its slow deep pressure is successful in working with problems related to excess tension build up, chronic pain, and musculo-skeletal injuries.  These treatments are geared for those committed to making major changes in their body and posture.

Myopractic® Structural Integration is a series of 10 sessions using the Myopractic techniques*.  Each session is done in a specific order to achieve the most effective results.  These sessions are designed especially for those who regularly receive bodywork, as these intense treatments help to restore proper body alignment and range of motion by focusing on the deeper layers of muscle tissue.  (Consultation required.)  

*The first session will begin with a postural analysis.  Men will need to wear shorts and women will need to wear shorts and a sports bra for analysis.  Incorporates the jiggy and/or jeanie during sessions.

Pregnancy Massage is a very relaxing and nurturing experience for the expectant mother  It helps to reduce discomfort due to back pain, sciatica, insomnia, fatigue, and aids in increasing circulation. 

Soothing lavender oil and a special "Prego" pillow are used for added comfort during the massage treatment.

Manual Lymph Drainage is a relaxing massage treatment using very light pressure combined with soft pumping movements.  This helps to increase the lymph flow, which removes harmful substances from the tissues while boosting the immune system.  It's very effective in cases of edema, fibromyalgia, pregnancy, promotes healing post injury and post surgery, and even detoxifies and improves the appearance of facial skin.

Medical Massage differs from regular Massage and Bodywork in that the treatment is specifically directed to resolve conditions diagnosed by a medical doctor.  This type of treatment is prescribed by a medical doctor or chiropractor and in most cases covered by your automobile or worker's comp insurance.

A variety of modalities or techniques may be used during the treatment, but we focus the treatment only on the specific areas of the body related to the diagnosis.  This enhances the body’s natural self-healing process and reduces the needed recovery time from injury.
